• Natural Boutique delivers to desinations in UK only, including BFPO, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
• We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please bear in mind that this is not guaranteed as we are a small business and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays so reasonable allowance should always be made for orders placed over the weekend, at times of National Holidays or busy periods. Please allow a week before contacting us if your order hasn't arrived. We obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.
• Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail (2nd Class). Please contact us if you would like next day or recorded delivery - this will be a charged for service.
• Please kindly note we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.
• We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on naturalboutique.co.uk but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
• Please order from naturalboutique.co.uk with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Natural Boutique cannot be responsible for this.
• This does not affect your statutory rights as the consumer
We now offer free delivery on orders over £50! Any order under this amount will be charged £3.00.
We do accept goods back at Natural Boutique, however only in the following circumstances:
• We accept goods back within a 7 day period, for any reason, that have been unused and unopened. However, we will expect you to cover the return postage costs & charge you an additional handling charge of £4.50.
• We cannot accept goods back that have been used or opened.
If you have received the wrong goods or they have been damaged in transit, we will make sure that you receive replacement products at no extra cost. We will also reimburse any reasonable costs for the return of the products upon receipt of them. When posting back the goods, please include your receipt as proof of postage otherwise we will not be able to reinburse you for postage. Please contact info@naturalboutique.co.uk to arrange this.
Should you require a replacement much quicker (i.e. it is a birthday gift), we will be happy to send this out the next day. We shall however treat this as a new order & you will be charged for the replacement item(s) + additional postage costs (£2.50 plus 55p per additional item within the UK (UK only). This will of course be refunded in full as long as the item(s) is returned undamaged within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for the replacement item as well as your original order. By requesting an item to be sent out before returning the damaged / incorrect one, you are agreeing to these charges.
