Terms & Conditions

• When you place an order for a product in any of the ways listed above you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms.
• When you place an order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. If a product is not available we will endeavour to let you know via email.
• Natural Boutique reserves the right to cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
• We endeavour to ensure that all prices on naturalboutique.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have supplied us with. We will then give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
• Prices are quoted on naturalboutique.co.uk are in UK pounds sterling. We only ship to the UK, but if there is enough interest we will consider shipping abroad.
• Please note that all cheque orders will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared our bank - this can take 5-7 working days

• You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by via PayPal or by cheque.

Cheque

• In the UK, you may pay by cheque if you wish.
• Please make cheques payable to 'Natural Boutique'. And remember to include a copy of the order, your contact details and delivery address.

Availabilty

• We endeavour to keep Natural Boutique as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a product you will be refunded for it.
• All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you via email, where possible, and will either refund you for that item or provide you with further information regarding future availability.

Copyright and Trade Marks

• All content of this site, including text, images, source codes, logos, icons and photos and all other material, is the property of Natural Boutique or its content providers and is protected by the United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
• The site is for personal use only and users may not exploit any part of the content in any way without the written permission of the copyright owner. All rights reserved.
• Permission is granted to print and electronically copy portions of the Natural Boutique site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Natural Boutique or using this website as a shopping resource. Any other use of this website and its materials, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication without the prior written permission of Natural Boutique is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection 

• Natural Boutique is committed to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
• When you place an order, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit personal data to Natural Boutique (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank/credit card details). We may also record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns and site use. This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and may be used to: a) process your order b) provide you with an up to date, efficient and reliable service c) help to prevent fraud i.e. we check card details with our merchant card checking facility and reserve the right to refuse orders on that basis d) open and run your membership & send subscription emails e) provide a more tailor made shopping experience.
• By making an order and submitting your data you agree to this use.
• We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
• At no time will any information gained about you be passed on to any third-party for marketing purposes.

Natural Boutique Responsibilities

General

• Natural Boutique may change or withdraw any part of naturalboutique.co.uk, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.
• Natural Boutique may also terminate this agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of naturalboutique.co.uk upon breach of any part of these terms whatsoever.
• Termination shall be without prejudice to naturalboutique.co.uk's other rights.
• Natural Boutique acts as a principal on its own account and not as an agent for you or any other person.
• If Natural Boutique does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.
• In the event that any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at Natural Boutique's option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• These terms constitute the full agreement between you and Natural Boutique and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.
